As the flock places orders we place the order with our suppliers. We do this to keep our costs low, and quality high!

The Lazy Parrots want to offer a quality guarantee to you that you will receive your order without defect! If your items arrives damaged or with a print defect, we will offer you a replacement or a refund! 

Because we print our items as you order we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange for other reasons. We are a small business and appreciate your business.
